Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may transmit neural network (NN) capability information to a network entity. The network entity may train the NN model by selecting a NN-based precoder and generating associated coefficients. The network entity may transmit an indication of the precoder coefficients to the UE. The network entity may transmit demodulation reference signals (DMRSs) that have not been precoded and a physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) signal that has been narrowband-precoded according to the indicated precoder. The UE may then perform and input a channel estimation to the NN model. The NN model may output the narrowband precoder, which the UE may use to generate a narrowband channel estimate and demodulate the narrowband precoded PDSCH signal. In some examples, the network entity may update NN coefficients and may indicate the updated NN coefficients to the UE.

Abstract: A device is configured to obtain, from a transmitting device, error correction data that provides error correction information and is generated based on encoded video data of one or more blocks of a picture of the video data; generate prediction data for the picture using one or more coding tools not used for generating the encoded video data, wherein the prediction data for the picture comprises predictions of the blocks based at least in part on previously reconstructed pictures; generate encoded video data based on the prediction data for the second picture; generate error-corrected encoded video data using the error correction data to perform an error correction operation on the encoded video data; and perform a reconstruction operation that reconstructs the blocks of the picture based on the error-corrected encoded video data, wherein the reconstruction operation is controlled by the values of one or more parameters.

In some wireless communications systems, a user equipment (UE) may receive reference signals for a UE beam measurement procedure for measuring a set of network transmit beams corresponding to the set of reference signals. The UE may transmit a measurement report indicating measurements of the set of reference signals based on the UE beam measurement procedure, where the measurement report further includes an indication of one or more candidate network transmit beams that are additional to the set of network transmit beams and that are within an angular offset threshold from one or more network transmit beams of the set of network transmit beams. Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may report an initial capability to maintain latency conditions and a number of supported beams (e.g., a threshold number of beams the UE can support for relaying downlink communications such as synchronization signal blocks (SSBs)). A network entity may then transmit multiple SSBs directly to the repeater (e.g., on the same beam). The repeater may relay the SSBs across multiple beams to provide service to a coverage area. After relaying signaling between served UEs and the network entity, the repeater may transmit a report requesting a specific (e.g., improved or more accurate) number of beams (e.g., more beams or fewer beams than the number of SSBs initially provided). Upon receiving an updated configuration of a number of beams, the repeater may receive more SSBs on a single beam, and relay SSBs on the updated number of beams.
