    Abstract: An improved manner of transmitting and receiving messages in V2X/V2V/D2D is presented in which a transmitting device determines a geographic location of the mobile transmitting device and generates a message for a service group having a group ID associated with the service group, the message comprising a first indication of a geographic area associated with the message, the geographic area based at least in part on the geographic location of the transmitting device. Then, the apparatus transmits the message to the service group, e.g., via V2X/V2V/D2D communication. A receiving device then determines its geographic location and determines whether to send a feedback for the message based on the first indication of the geographic area associated with the message and the geographic location of the receiving device.

    Abstract: Method and apparatus for passive or semi-passive nodes having polarization conversion capability. The apparatus provides, to a passive node or a semi-passive node, an access control indication that indicates support for at least one of a first mode of operation or a second mode of operation. The apparatus monitors for a backscattered signal from the passive node or the semi-passive node that is supported by the access control indication, where the backscattered signal comprises the first mode of operation.     Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a network node may transmit, to a reconfigurable intelligent surface (RIS) controller associated with an RIS, a configuration for applying an RIS pattern. The network node may receive, from a network element, a measurement report indicating received observations of pilot signals reflected by the RIS in accordance with the RIS pattern. The network node may transmit, to the RIS controller and based at least in part on the measurement report, an indication of one or more of an updated codebook or a phase drift associated with a calibration of the RIS.     Abstract: A method of wireless communication by a first user equipment (UE), includes receiving downlink signals from a network device. The method also includes receiving cross-link interference (CLI) to the downlink signals, the cross-link interference originating from a second UE. The method further includes receiving a configuration for a report of multiple differential cross-link interference metric values measured for multiple different cross-link interference resources and an absolute cross-link interference metric value measured for the different CLI resources. The method includes transmitting the report of the differential cross-link interference metric values measured for the different CLI resources.

    Abstract: Prediction based UCI multiplexing priority is described.
