Abstract: A rail mounting assembly for supporting a pair of electrical components on a case of a server is disclosed. The assembly includes a first mounting structure for receiving a first electrical component; a second mounting structure for receiving a second electrical component; and a single rail fixed between the first mounting structure and the second mounting structure, the single rail having an I-shaped cross-section. The single rail includes a first groove configured to engage with the first electrical component when the first electrical component is mounted to the first mounting structure, and a second groove configured to engage with the second electrical component when the second electrical component is mounted to the second mounting structure. A distance between the first electrical component engaged with the first groove and the second electrical component engaged with the second groove is less than 5 mm, preferably equal to or less than 4 mm.

Abstract: An assembly for securing an electrical component to a server is disclosed. The assembly includes a structural case configured to receive and secure in place an electrical component for the server; a pair of rail holders mounted to the structural case, each rail holder of the pair of rail holders having a plurality of mounting holes that includes a first hole and a second hole; and a pair of latches, each latch of the pair of latches being movably mounted to a respective one of the pair of rail holders, each latch having a finger end that is coupled to a hook end via a bridge portion. The finger end and the hook end are inserted, respectively, into the first hole and the second hole of the respective one of the pair of rail holder, and independently and flexibly move relative to the bridge portion in response to applied pressure.

Abstract: A mounting system is disclosed that includes a bracket configured to mount an object on a structure. The bracket includes a front panel, two side panels extending from the front panel, and a plurality of slots. Abstract: A telecommunication device includes a main body to which a compartment is attached for receiving one or more components. A connecting assembly attaches the door to the compartment, and includes a locking mechanism for preventing rotation of the door in a fixed position. The fixed position corresponds to an open position of the plurality of open positions. The locking mechanism self-locks in the fixed position when the door rotation reaches the fixed position.

Abstract: A lever assembly for coupling a computer module to a chassis includes a base lever, a locking tab, and a flexible element positioned between the base lever and the locking tab. The base lever is rotatably coupled to the computer module. The base lever is rotatable between an installed position and an opened position. The locking tab is rotatably coupled to the computer module for engaging a locking surface on the chassis when in a locked position. The locking tab is rotatable between the locked position and an unlocked position. The flexible element is configured to bias the locking tab into the locked position when the base lever is in the installed position. Rotation of the base lever to the opened position induces rotation of the locking tab to the unlocked position.

Abstract: This disclosure relates to a structure that conveniently and easily releases computer components from a supporting structure. A typical computer component would be a PCIe card within a GPU tray. Abstract: A computing device is provided with a slot that includes at least one locking element configured to receive a removable general purpose graphic processing unit (GPGPU) carrier. The GPGPU carrier also includes a locking mechanism connected to the bracket and configured to secure the at least one locking element of the computing device to at least one securing mechanism corresponding to the at least one locking element. The locking mechanism includes a lever connected to gear drives configured to actuate the at least one securing mechanism upon actuating the lever.
