    摘要: Provided is an improved mold structure, including a first mold base, a second mold base and two controllers. The first mold base and the second mold base are operably aligned. When the first mold base and the second mold base are in an aligned state, a mold cavity is jointly framed. Two gas passages, a first mold core and a second mold core are provided. The first mold base is provided with a runner. Two ends thereof are respectively connected to a material tube and a mold cavity of a molding machine. The first and second mold cores are made of porous material. Vent pipelines thereof are connected to the respective gas passages. The two controllers are respectively connected to the gas passages, and control the gas in and out such that the pressure in different areas in the mold cavity reaches a predetermined value, thereby controlling the flow direction of the raw material in the mold cavity.

    摘要: Provided is an injection molding device, including an injection port arranged on an upper mold base; an upper mold arranged in the upper mold base, wherein at least one ejection port, a gasket groove and a gasket are provided and the ejection portion is connected to the injection port; a lower mold base operatively aligned with or separated from the upper mold base and provided with at least one gas passage for the gas to enter or exit; and a lower mold disposed on the lower mold base. The lower mold base is aligned with or separated from the upper mold base, the lower mold is provided with a mold cavity and at least one shaped air path is provided to connect the mold cavity with the gas passage. The lower mold is a porous material and has a plurality of pores. Gas is pre-injected into the mold cavity through the gas passage and at least one air path to maintain a preset pressure inside the mold cavity. Gas is spewed out through the plurality of pores, thereby causing a finished product to exit the mold cavity. In addition, the present disclosure also provides an injection molding method.

The mold core structure includes a mold core body, which is a solid body made of three-dimensional printing, wherein one side of the mold core body is provided with a molding part, which is combined with an internal structure of the mold to form a cavity, there is a conformal air duct inside the mold core body, the conformal air duct has at least one main air duct and a plurality of secondary air ducts, the main air duct has a first end and a second end, the first end is located on one side of the mold core body, and connected to an external pneumatic control device, the pneumatic control device controls air to enter or exit the cavity through the conformal air duct, the second end thereof is located inside the mold core body, a path of the main air duct is freely wound around the molding part between the first end and the second end, one end of each of the secondary air ducts is communicated with the main air duct, and another end thereof is communicated with the molding part and disposed towards an ejection direction of a finished product. Accordingly, the finished product is released from the mold by controlling the air through the pneumatic control device.
