Abstract: A method manages a kilometer range of an electric-traction vehicle supplied with power by an electric battery including a usable capacity and a reserve. When the vehicle indicates a remaining range that is equal to a number of guaranteed kilometers, the method displays a range that decreases linearly over time, regardless of the coming driving conditions for the vehicle.
