摘要： A secondary battery comprises a secondary battery assembly, the secondary battery assembly comprises an electric cell assembly, a transfer conductor and an insulation plate, wherein the electric cell assembly comprises at least two electric cells arranged side by side, and each electric cell has a tab extending from the top surface of the electric cell. The transfer conductor is provided with a transfer conductor tab assembly part. The insulation plate is located between the electric cell assembly and the transfer conductor, and the insulation plate is provided with a plate tab matching part, wherein, the folded tab passes through the plate tab matching part of the base plate and the transfer conductor tab assembly part in turn, and then is welded with the transfer conductor. The secondary battery of the application features short tabs, good battery performance, high safety, high assembly efficiency and low cost.

摘要： The top cover structure for a secondary battery includes: an insulating plate, provided with a lower through hole penetrating up and down; a top cover plate located on the top of the insulating plate, provided with an upper through hole interconnected with the lower through hole and penetrating up and down; a conductor, passing through the upper through hole and the lower through hole and fixedly connecting with the top cover plate and the insulating plate, and the conductor is provided with an intersecting hole penetrating through the conductor. An intersecting hole penetrating through the conductor is provided on the conductor, so that the conductor can not only connect and conduct the secondary battery from the outside to the inside of the secondary battery, but also can conveniently inject or replenish liquid into the secondary battery through the intersecting hole, thereby improving the production efficiency of the secondary battery.

摘要： The present disclosure proposes a secondary battery and welding method thereof. The secondary battery comprising a top cover, a pole, a cell and a transfer sheet, wherein the pole comprising a first pole, which being provided in the top cover; the cell comprising a first cell, the first cell leading out a first tab and a second tab with opposite polarity; the transfer sheet comprising a first transfer sheet, the first transfer sheet electrically connecting the first tab to the first pole; wherein the first transfer sheet having a first surface and a second surface oppositely, the first tab and the first transfer sheet being connected in any of the following two ways: a part of tabs of the first tab being connected to the first surface, other part of tabs of the first tab being connected to the second surface, the first transfer sheet being located between the part of tabs of the first tab and the other part of tabs of the first tab, or, all tabs of the first tab being connected to the first surface of the first transfer sheet.
