Abstract: A semi-solid state battery includes a cell and a gel electrolyte. The cell includes a cathode plate and an anode plate, in which a three-dimensional network structure coating is set on the cathode plate and/or the anode plate. Raw materials for preparing the three-dimensional network structure coating include a fiber material and an initiator. The gel electrolyte is condensed by a reaction of electrolyte precursor solution and the initiator. The electrolyte precursor solution includes a monomer and a cross-linking agent. A semi-solid state battery of this type has low resistance, high specific capacity, and good electrical performance and safety performance.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a lug defect detection method and system. The detection method includes during a preparation process of a battery cell, collecting original image of a relevant area of lug; in a digitally processed original image, setting a baseline based on an edge position of the pole piece body, and from the baseline, setting a side close to the pole piece body as a first detection area, setting another side away from the pole piece body as a second detection area; and detecting a target lug image in the first detection region and the second detection region according to a preset sequence, and determining whether a currently detected cell is a defective cell.

Abstract: A current collector has a pore-forming functional coating layer, an electrode sheet and a battery. The current collector having a pore-forming functional coating layer comprises an electrically conductive substrate layer and a functional coating layer applied on at least one surface of the substrate layer, wherein the functional coating layer comprises a gas-generating compound which has a decomposition temperature of 250° C. or less and is capable of producing gas. A compound capable of generating gas by decomposition is applied in the functional layer of the current collector. Hence, through holes extending through the coating layer can be produced by decomposing the pore-forming compound at the bottom of the active coating layer to generate gas with no need to change the existing coating process, thereby improving the kinetic performance of battery products. The method is simple, practicable, cost efficient, suitable for popularization, and has high application value.
