摘要： The present invention relates to a process for producing novel 1-position amino-derivatives of 1-(3',4'-methylenedioxyphenyl)propane-2-ol having general formula I: ##STR1## where R.sub.1 and R.sub.2 are hydrogen, alkyl having 1 to 2 carbon atoms, cycloalkyl having 3 to 6 carbon atoms, or benzyl, with the proviso that R.sub.1 and R.sub.2 are not at the same time hydrogen, cycloalkyl or benzyl and where, R.sub.1 and R.sub.2 taken together with the nitrogen atom to which they are attached form a ring having 5 to 7 bonds, which may contain another heteroatom selected from oxygen or nitrogen which can be substituted by benzyl or hydroxyl, as well as the non-toxic addition salts of such derivatives.

摘要： 2-amino-benzoic acid derivatives, method for making the same as well as its use for therapeutical purposes are proposed. The general formula of 2-amino-benzoic acid derivatives is ##STR1## wherein R represents chlorine or trifluoromethyl,R' is of general formula ##STR2## wherein n=0 or 1, m=4, 5, 6, 2-tetrahydropyranyl-methyl, benzyloxymethyl, benzoyloxymethyl of 1(3H)-isobenzofuranone-3-yl.The compounds show an outstanding analgesic and anti-inflammatory activity and a low toxicity.
