Abstract: The pinching device has an upper jaw assembly that pivots on a lower jaw assembly to clamp a flexible tubing between two clamping surfaces to restrict flow in the tubing. The upper jaw assembly is removable and may be replaced to accommodate different sized tubing. A lock down screw of a pivotal locking nut assembly is positioned in a compression seat of the upper jaw assembly at closure to avoid movement once set.
