摘要： A drive control device for a brushless motor includes a full-wave rectifying-filtering circuit, a voltage regulating circuit, a drive control circuit and a protection circuit. A combination of the rectifying-filtering and voltage regulating circuit provides both the motor coil and the drive control circuit capable of operating at a normal working status to ensure the brushless motor with safe and reliable operation. Therefore, the brushless motor does not need a bulk and complex transformer for voltage drop, which may reduce the reliability of the operation.

摘要： A medical device, and related method, use epicardial ablators and detectors for intraoperative epicardial approaches to ablation therapy of cardiac conduction pathways. An epicardial gripper is sized to grasp the cardiac circumference or smaller structures on the epicardial surface of the heart. Ablators are disposed on the arms of the gripper for epicardial ablation of cardiac conduction tissue. In another embodiment of the invention, an electrode system includes a flexible, adjustable probe forming a loop for epicardial ablation. Ablators are provided on one or multiple surfaces of the probe for epicardial ablation of cardiac conduction tissue. In yet another embodiment of the invention, an endocardial ablator detection system provides an indicator adjacent an ablator on an endocardial catheter, and a detector on an epicardial probe. The epicardial probe detects signals transmitted by the indicator on the endocardial catheter to localize the position of the endocardial ablator relative to the epicardial surface. The surgeon uses this information for guidance in adjusting the position of the endocardial ablator according to therapeutic objectives of cardiac ablation.

The device body is adapted and configured to move from a position where the device lumen blocks flow through the bodily lumen to a position where the device lumen allows flow through the bodily lumen. In other configurations, there are one or more valves within the device lumen adapted and configured to move between a position to block flow through the bodily lumen and a position to allow flow through the bodily lumen. There is also a method for implanting a device within a body lumen by placing a device having a device body and fixation elements extending from the device body on a catheter and then dilating the body lumen such that the device body and the fixation elements may advance through the dilated body lumen without the fixation elements engaging the wall of the body lumen. Next, advancing the device to an implant site within the body lumen and then engaging the walls of the body lumen with the fixation elements.

摘要： A method and apparatus is provided for cryogenically ablating a predetermined portion of tissue in the body of a patient. Cryoablation is accomplished by a cryoblation catheter having a hollow shaft insertable into the blood vessel of a patient. The shaft has a closed tip portion and a fluid flow passage for directing a flow of cryogenic fluid to the tip. Cryogenic cooling is effected by a liquid-to-gas fluid phase change adjacent the catheter tip. Electrical signal activity may be monitored by an electrode formed integral with the tip to confirm treatment of the paper tissue site.
