摘要： A tie-out that is attachable to a door and allows a user to secure an object or a pet to the door is disclosed. When used with pets, the tie-out allows the user to connect a pet's leash to either side of a door without having to remove and reconfigure the tie-out, and is also configured to hold a pet's leash securely to a door without coming loose or damaging the door. Typically the tie-out is mounted to the bottom edge of the door, but may be mounted on a side edge of the door depending upon the design. In addition, the tie-out is not confined to use with doors located on the inside of a building and can be connected to doors that lead to the outside of a building.

摘要： A disposable screen and spline installation tool for use to install screen material in a frame having a groove around one side edge which holds the screen peripherally with the aid of a retainer spline, the tool being a unitary body of elongate form having at a first end a first disc-like operator member with an arc-shaped edge which is convex in cross-section for forming a channel of the screen material in the frame groove, and at a second end a second disc-like operator member with an arc-shaped edge which is concave in cross-section for setting a spline into the channel.

摘要： A tubular enclosure for a pipe which provides air-blanket insulation around the pipe, and an electric heater cable in the enclosure running along the underside of horizontal lengths of the pipe, cooperate in a system to prevent condensation of moisture on the pipe, loss of heat from a hot liquid in the pipe, and, with the benefit of convection in the air-blanket, heat around the pipe from the heater cable, to prevent freezing of the liquid.The tubular enclosure has thin walls of substantially uniform thickness which are corrugated in the direction of the tubular longitudinal axis to provide an array of axially spaced circumferential air cells around the pipe. The innermost diameter of the corrugated enclosure walls is larger than the outer diameter of the pipe to provide space between the enclosure and pipe for the heater cable. The corrugations render the enclosure freely flexible transversely to its longitudinal axis for following the pipe around curves. The enclosure is slit longitudinally to its tubular axis across the corrugations for permitting it to be fitted to an existing water pipe installation.
