    摘要: An interchangeable core segment for mould equipment for concrete parts includes a wall portion comprising the apertures and strengthened on its inside face by reinforcing ribs rigid thereon and extending transversely to the plane of the wall portion and over the entire width thereof. The reinforcing ribs are immediately adjacent the top edge or bottom edge of the associated aperture and are at the same level and have on their respective upper and under sides a plane supporting face for a climbing element which has to be placed thereon in order to be cemented into position. The clamping devices which firmly grip the climbing elements placed on them from above or below are disposed on a common clamping frame which is guided for movement on the wall portion with lateral and rear guide means. For each aperture, the clamping devices have facing plates which are pressed against the back of the wall portion, entirely and tightly sealing the aperture. At the same time, upon relative displacement between clamping frame and wall portion, they constitute an additional support and guidance for the clamping frame. The guide means of the clamping frame are adjustable.

    摘要: A mould arrangement for shaft rings or the like in which the hat-shaped mould core comprises a core segment consisting of a cover portion with, adjacent thereto, a wall portion which is adapted for displacement horizontally into a closed position completing the shaped contours of the mould core and inwardly into a release position for removal of the form work. The mould core has a fit-in device for the cementing in of projecting elements, above all climbing irons, from the interior into the concrete part which is to be formed and during the shaping process. In addition to the core segment, the fitting-in device has for each climbing iron a housing, a clamping device associated therewith, and a clamping drive common to all these. Together with these parts, the core segment is detachably and exchangeably so mounted on the remainder of the mould core that it can be coupled to or uncoupled from the horizontal translatory drive. Thus, while retaining the rest of the mould core, the core segment can be exchanged for a different one. As a result the investment costs for individual mould cores are substantially reduced.

    摘要: A method and an apparatus for producing concrete articles, such as shaft rings, with projecting elements such as climbing irons or stirrups, by means of an automatic inserting mechanism which removes the climbing irons from a magazine and automatically inserts them into a mold core. These climbing elements are guided automatically to a core segment and are brought into housings therein during a time interval between the ejection of a completed concrete article from the mold cavity in a first working cycle and the next following work cycle in timed overlap with carried out work steps during this time interval. This automatic process takes place while the operator withdraws and takes away a completed article from the machine at the end of a work cycle and prepares the machine for the next work cycle. This leads to equally short machine cycle times for completion of concrete articles with or without climbing elements.

    摘要: A device for manufacturing concrete parts, particularly concrete pipes, and based on the principle of sinking mold whereby a molding bottom ring together with a jacket are continuously lowered relative to a stationary mold core while concrete mixture is poured from above and distributed into the emerging molding space by a radial pressing device mounted on the top end of the mold core. Simultaneously with the lowering of the mold jacket and the molding bottom ring a supply device for delivering the concrete material is also lowered such as to keep a constant distance from the open top end of the mold jacekt. The radial pressing device is designed to compact the incoming concrete material in radial direction without imparting any torque thereto. In this manner any stress in the finished part, particularly between the concrete and reinforcing wire mesh is effectively avoided.
