摘要: The invention is a pressure sensor including a main body including a pressure inlet at and end thereof, a deformable section deformed by a pressure introduced through the pressure inlet, and a non-deformable section maintaining the shape thereof even when supplied with a pressure introduced through the pressure inlet; an amorphous magnetic alloy member having a magnetostriction constant, the amorphous magnetic alloy member being adhered on the deformable section and the non-deformable section; a first permeability detection element for detecting the permeability of a part of the amorphous magnetic alloy member corresponding to the deformable section; a second permeability detection element for detecting the permeability of another part of the amorphous magnetic alloy member corresponding to the non-deformable section; and a yoke for covering the first and the second permeability detection elements; the yoke is adhered on the main body. The amorphous magnetic alloy member and the first and the second permeability detection elements are included in a magnetic circuit, and pressure detection is performed based on the difference between the permeability detected by the first permeability detection element and the permeability detected by the second permeability detection element. The difference is caused by the application of pressure.

摘要: An electrically conductive contact holder comprises a supporting member including a low thermal expansion supporting frame with a coefficient of linear expansion lower than that of a to-be-contacted member and a high thermal expansion supporting frame with a coefficient of linear expansion higher than that of the to-be-contacted member, which are stacked one on another. With this structure, a coefficient of linear expansion of the entire supporting member can be approximated to that of the to-be-contacted member. Thus, it is possible to suppress the occurrence of displacement between electrically conductive contacts and external connecting terminals even under high temperature conditions.

摘要: A mechanical sensor, comprising a ferromagnetic layer having magnetostriction, a ferromagnetic layer having magneto-resistance effect, a magnetic field generating means which excites these ferromagnetic layers, and a substrate which supports all these elements integrally, can be attained, which is small, thin, highly sensitive, and is capable of integration, by detecting a change of magnetic flux density passing through the ferromagnetic layers resulting from a change of magnetic properties caused by stress as a change of resistance value arising from magneto-resistance effect. As a result, a small, thin, and highly sensitive mechanical sensor can be provided using stress magnetic effect. Furthermore, based on the anisotropy of detection sensitivity, intensity of the stress along a certain direction can be detected selectively.

The magnetic layer comprises an Fe-based amorphous alloy film prepared with a sputtering method, and it has a composition of Fe 74, Cr 4, Si 13 and B 9 (at %), +22 ppm of saturation magnetostriction constant and 8.0 ppm/.degree.C. of thermal expansion coefficient. An insulator layer 13a made of SiO.sub.x of 2 .mu.m of thickness on the magnetic layer 12a, and a planar coil 14 and input/output terminals 15a, 15b made of aluminum of 2 .mu.m of thickness is formed on the insulator layer 13a. The planar coil 14 is made of a linear conducting line having a form wherein a spiral coil is folded as a rectangular shape by 90.degree..

摘要: The invention provides a call connection control method which can use a conventional telephone as-is and performing linking with a low possibility of mistaking telephones, and a call connection control unit for implementing the method. Upon receiving an outgoing call request from an outgoing-call side personal computer (PC), a call connection control unit retrieves an outgoing-call side IP-telephone linked to the PC, and transmits an incoming call request to the IP-telephone. Upon receiving the incoming call request, the IP-telephone rings. When the caller places the IP-telephone that rings in a starting (off-hook) state, the call connection control unit sends a ring back tone to the IP-telephone and transmits an incoming call request to an incoming-call side IP-telephone. Upon receiving the incoming call request, the IP-telephone rings. When the recipient places the IP-telephone that rings in a starting state, the call connection control unit enables a call between the two IP-telephones.

摘要: The invention provide a call connection control method of using a conventional telephone as-is and performing cooperation with low possibility of mistaking the telephone and a call connection control unit for implementing the method. On receiving an outgoing request from an outgoing-side Personal Computer, a call connection control unit searches for an outgoing-side IP-Telephone which is cooperated, and transmits an incoming request to the IP-Telephone. On receiving the incoming request, the IP-Telephone sounds a ringing tone. If a caller puts the IP-Telephone having sounded the ringing tone in a Starting State, the call connection control unit sends out a Ring Back Tone to the IP-Telephone and transmits an incoming request to an incoming-side IP-Telephone. On receiving the incoming request, the IP-Telephone sounds a ringing tone. If a recipient puts the IP-Telephone having sounded the ringing tone in the Starting State, the call connection control unit renders the IP-Telephone and the IP-Telephone telephone call-enabled.

Furthermore, the ferrite with an excellent high-frequency property can be provided by coating and firing the paste of the present invention. The temperature properties of YIG thin film and Gd-substituted YIG thin film of the present invention are shown.
