摘要： A barrier coating comprising a polyurethane dispersion and an elastomeric material is disclosed. The polyurethane comprises at least 30 weight percent of meta-substituted aromatic material. Methods for improving barrier using the coatings are also disclosed.

摘要： Methods for preparing an electrodepositable coating composition are provided comprising: (a) mixing a flatting agent with an electrodepositable resin; (b) combining the mixture of (a) with a pigment paste to form a flatting agent-pigment paste mixture; and (c) combining the flatting agent-pigment paste mixture of (b) with an electrodepositable resin. Methods of coating articles including electrodepositable coating compositions prepared by these methods, as well as processes for coating electroconductive substrates with compositions prepared by these methods are also provided.

摘要： Ungelled reaction products of a urethane resin having acrylyl groups with an amino silane are formed. The products are capable of curing at a low temperature to form durable coatings. Polyols can optionally be blended with the ungelled reaction products to provide useful coating compositions.
