    摘要: A magnetic circuit of the present invention uses a yoke, wherein a thickness of a bottom portion 10b of the yoke 10 is thicker than a thickness of a cylindrical peripheral portion 10a of the yoke 10. The magnetic circuit of the present invention includes the yoke, a magnet 2 bonded to the bottom portion of the yoke, and a top plate 3 bonded to the magnet, the top plate forming a magnetic gap with the cylindrical peripheral portion in between. According to a configuration of the present invention, it is possible to reduce the magnetic saturation in the bottom portion of the yoke and to improve the efficiency of the magnetic circuit. As a result, the configuration contributes to improve the performance and efficiency of a loudspeaker using the magnetic circuit of the present invention.

Voice coil unit is supported at two points at a predetermined interval to the side of magnetic gap from a part where diaphragm is connected. First edge member and second edge member include heat-resistant connectors that allow air to pass through, and ring edges and made of a resilient material connected to these connectors. Edge of first edge member or edge of second edge member protrudes toward diaphragm and the other edge protrudes toward magnetic circuit.

    摘要: A leader line of a voice coil from a conductive wire part is drawn out from a part between a diaphragm coupling part and a part disposed in the magnetic gap toward a frame in a non-contact state with a diaphragm. One end side of the second edge made of an elastic body is coupled to a part between a drawing part of the leader line on the voice coil and a part of the voice coil disposed in the magnetic gap. The other end side of the second edge is coupled to the frame. A suspension holder is integrated with the proximity of a coupling part of the second edge to the voice coil. The suspension holder is stuck to the voice coil using an adhesive. The disturbance of the movement of the voice coil can be reduced.

    摘要: The speaker has a frame, a magnetic circuit, a voice coil body and a diaphragm. The magnetic circuit is disposed inside of the frame to form a magnetic gap. The voice coil body is disposed movably in the magnetic gap. The diaphragm is coupled to the voice coil body by an inner periphery edge thereof and to the frame by an outer periphery edge thereof. The outer peripheral surface of a convex portion provided on a bottom of the frame is at least either being brought into contact with or in proximity to the magnetic circuit. The configuration can provide the speaker with excellent heat dissipation characteristics.
