摘要： A driver unit for a window regulator or winder for use in an automobile door, for example, includes a gear rotatably mounted on a base and having first and second shafts coaxial with each other and projecting from opposite sides of the gear, the first shaft being rotatably supported on said base, the gear having a support coaxial with the first and second shafts and a plurality of angularly spaced arms projecting radially outwardly from the support. A drum is rotatably mounted on the second shaft and has a plurality of angularly spaced cavities opening toward the support. A plurality of integrally joined dampers are disposed as pairs in the cavities, respectively, with one of the arms being interposed between the dampers in each pair. The gear is rotated by a motor mounted on the base to rotate the drum through the arms and the dampers to move a wire wound on the drum and coupled to the window glass for thereby moving the window glass in the automobile door.

摘要： A door window regulator for vertically moving a door window glass of a vehicle includes a guide member and a slider which is secured to the door window glass and guided by the guide member. A wire is stretched between upper and lower pulleys respectively disposed at the upper and lower portions of the guide member and is connected at its intermediate portion to the door window glass. Thus, the door window glass is vertically moved by the driving force derived from a wire driving unit. A wire guide shoe projects from the guide member such as to contact the portion of the wire between the upper and lower pulleys, whereby the wire is bent between the upper and lower pulleys to thereby reduce the space occupied by this door window regulator.

摘要： A door window regulator for vertically moving a door window glass of a vehicle includes a wire which is stretched between upper and lower pulleys respectively disposed at the upper and lower portions of a door such that the wire forms a closed loop. A wire hook is secured to a portion of the wire between the upper and lower pulleys and further secured to a wire mounting bracket which is secured to the window glass. The wire mounting bracket has a box-like portion into which the wire hook is inserted. The wire hook is prevented from coming off by a bent portion which projects from a portion of the wire mounting bracket. A synthetic resin is applied to the respective contact surfaces of the wire hook and the wire mounting bracket for the purpose of cushioning.

摘要： A door window regulator for vertically moving a door window glass of a vehicle includes a guide member which guides the vertical movement of the door window glass. A wire is stretched between pulleys respectively provided at the upper and lower portions of the guide member and is connected to the lower portion of the window glass, whereby the window glass is vertically moved by the driving force transmitted from a driving unit. The axis of either one of the pulleys extends in the direction substantially orthogonal to the plane which includes the portion of the wire which extends from that pulley to the driving unit and is directed toward the inside of the compartment of the vehicle, whereby the condition in which the wire is passed over the pulley is maintained in an appropriate state at all times.

摘要： A driver unit for use in a window regulator for raising and lowering a panel of window glass has a drum case to be mounted on a fixed member such as a door panel, a drum rotatably supported in the drum case for winding a wire thereon and feeding the wire therefrom upon rotation thereof, the drum having an axial shank, a spiral spring having one end engaging the shank, and a spring cover supported on the drum case and accommodating the spiral spring therein, the other end of the spiral spring being fixed to the spring cover, the shank of the drum being rotatably supported on the spring cover. The spring cover is securely locked on the drum case by a reliable locking arrangement which can easily be assembled.

摘要： A door window regulator for vertically moving a door window glass of a vehicle includes sliders secured to the door window glass. The sliders are respectively guided by a pair of guide members. The sliders are further respectively connected to portions of a wire which are respectively stretched along the guide members. The wire has a portion thereof wound on a driving unit. The wire is covered with wire tubes respectively disposed between the driving unit and each of the guide members and between the guide members. The wire tubes interconnect the various members, thereby making the regulator convenient for conveyance.

摘要： A door window regulator for vertically moving a door window glass of a vehicle includes a pair of guide members which guide respective sliders secured to the door window glass. Each of the sliders is connected to the portion of a wire which is stretched along each of the guide members. A portion of the wire is wound on a driving unit. A pair of glass brackets are provided such as to respectively correspond to the guide members and secured to the window glass to retain the associated slider. Each of the glass brackets is provided with a holder which clamps the wire. Each of the holders and the associated glass bracket are permitted to move relative to each other, whereby it is possible for the position of the window glass to be adjusted in assembly.

The glass run has an outer side portion and an inner side portion in sliding contact with an outer surface and an inner surface of the side end edge of a door glass, respectively, and a bottom portion connecting the outer and inner side portions to each other, for vertically slidably guiding the door glass and sealing a space formed between the door glass and the door frame. The outer side portion is disposed such that the outer side portion is exposed to the outside of the vehicle, with respect to the door glass, located at a position where the door glass is shifted toward the outer side portion between the outer side portion and the inner side portion, and the outer surface of the door glass is substantially flush with the outer surface of the door frame.
