Abstract: A glazing unit with electrically controllable optical properties, includes a laminated pane with a functional element having electrically controllable optical properties, and a control unit (10) electrically connected to the functional element, wherein the control unit has a data set or a programmed function which assigns a voltage ramp to each temperature in a predefined temperature range, wherein the control unit is suitable for ascertaining the temperature, selecting a voltage ramp from the data set on the basis of the ascertained temperature or calculating it by the programmed function, and applying the electrical voltage with the selected or calculated voltage ramp to the functional element.
