摘要： In a display panel including a main display area, a component area including a transmission area, and a peripheral area outside the main display area, the display panel includes: a substrate; an inorganic insulating layer over the substrate and including a first hole corresponding to the transmission area; a planarization layer over the inorganic insulating layer; a pixel definition layer over the planarization layer and having a thickness of 1.3 µm to 2 µm; and a thin film encapsulation layer over the pixel definition layer, wherein an angle between a side surface of the pixel definition layer and an upper surface of the planarization layer is 30 degrees to 40 degrees.

摘要： A display device includes a base layer, a circuit layer, a light emitting element layer, and a thin film encapsulation layer. The base layer includes a display area and a non-display area. The circuit layer includes a plurality of insulating layers, at least one of which has an opening. The light emitting element layer includes a light emitting area overlapping the display area, a valley area overlapping the opening and having a concave shape, and a peak area overlapping the non-display area and being on the circuit layer. The thin film encapsulation layer includes an organic encapsulation layer that covers the light emitting area, the valley area, and at least a portion of the peak area.
