Abstract: There are provided a coil component in which a plurality of coil parts are integrated in a single component, and an electronic device and a Power over Ethernet (PoE) system having the same. The coil component includes: a base having external connection terminals fastened thereto; a core coupled to the base; and a plurality of coil parts electromagnetically coupled to the core through a coil wound around the core.
