    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a method of controlling an application of an electronic device, including displaying a memo screen of a memo application in a foreground in a translucent manner with the memo screen superimposed on a first execution screen of a content application being executed in a background, displaying the translucent memo screen including a first content included in the first execution screen based on a user input for selecting the first content, switching the first execution screen of the content application to a second execution screen of the content application, displaying the memo screen of the memo application in the foreground in a translucent manner with the memo screen superimposed on the second execution screen of the content application being executed in the background, and displaying the translucent memo screen including the first content and a second content included in the second execution screen based on a user input for selecting the second content.

    Abstract: According to an embodiment of the disclosure, an electronic device, comprising, a housing, a flexible display slidably coupled to the housing, and at least one processor configured to control the flexible display to display an execution screen of a first application on a first region of the flexible display which is exposed to an outside based on a first mode, detect a pull-out of the flexible display from the housing, and in response to detecting the pull-out of the flexible display, control the flexible display to display the execution screen of the first application on at least a portion of the first region, and control the flexible display to display an execution screen of a second application different from the first application on at least another portion of the first region and a second region of the flexible display which is exposed to the outside by the pull-out.

    Abstract: According to certain embodiments, an electronic device comprises a housing including a first plate, a second plate spaced apart from the first plate and facing away from the first plate, and a side member at least partially surrounding a space between the first plate and the second plate; a touchscreen display including a first portion exposed through or mounted on at least part of the first plate, and a second portion extending from the first portion and bendable into the space such that the second portion is positioned or positionable between the first portion and the second plate; a conductive coil disposed in a space between the first portion and the second plate or in a space between the first portion and the second portion in parallel to the second plate; a wireless charging circuit electrically connected to the conductive coil; a first shielding layer interposed between the conductive coil and at least part of the first portion of the touchscreen display; and a second shielding layer interposed between the second plate and at least part of the second portion of the touchscreen display.

    Abstract: An electronic device is provided, which includes an expanding flexible display. The electronic device includes a first structure including a first face facing a first direction and a second face facing a second direction opposite to the first direction; a second structure that encloses at least a part of the first structure, and configured to guide a sliding movement of the first structure in a direction parallel to the first face or the second face of the first structure; a flexible display including a first region mounted on the first face of the first structure and a second region, which is different from the first region, the second region configured to be accommodated in the second structure or exposed to a first face of the second structure depending on the sliding movement of the first structure; and a first electronic component inside the second structure and exposed through a second face of the second structure, the second face of the second structure facing the second direction and facing away from a first face of the second structure. The flexible display includes an overlapping region at a portion of the flexible display that overlaps a region in which the first electronic component is disposed.

    Abstract: An electronic device, according to various embodiments of the present invention, comprises: a display comprising a first region exposed on the front surface of the electronic device and a second region accommodated within the electronic device or exposed to the exterior of the electronic device; at least one sensor for detecting a change in the display structure of the display; at least one display processor for controlling the driving of the display; and a main processor, wherein the main processor identifies a display area in which image data is to be displayed on the display, according to the change in the display structure of the display on the basis of sensing information transmitted from the at least one sensor, determines a frame rate of the at least one display processor on the basis of the change in the display area, and drives the display at the determined frame rate.
