Abstract: An integrated circuit includes an internal circuit and an attack detection circuit including at least one sensor configured to sense at least one abnormal condition of the internal circuit. The at least one abnormal condition is a parameter of the internal circuit that is outside of a predetermined range. The attack detection circuit is configured to sense an external attack on the internal circuit based on the at least one abnormal condition. The attack detection circuit further includes a security built-in-self-test (BIST) circuit configured to sense a physical attack on the attack detection circuit.

Abstract: A temperature sensing device includes a temperature-voltage converter that outputs a first voltage, having a zero temperature coefficient that does not vary with a temperature, and a second voltage having a negative temperature coefficient varying in inverse proportion to the temperature. A multiplexer alternately outputs the first voltage and the second voltage depending on a transition signal. A temperature sensor alternately receives the first voltage and the second voltage and senses the temperature depending on a ratio of the first voltage and the second voltage.

Abstract: A temperature sensor includes a first selection circuit outputting one among temperature signals in response to a selection code. A reference voltage generator generates a reference voltage. A control circuit generates a control signal. A second selection circuit outputs the reference voltage and the temperature signal in response to the control signal indicating a voltage conversion condition is satisfied and outputs only the temperature signal in response to the control signal indicating the voltage conversion condition is not satisfied. A converter converts the reference voltage to a voltage digital code and the temperature signal to a temperature digital code in response to the control signal indicating the voltage conversion condition is satisfied and converts only the temperature signal to the temperature digital code in response to the control signal indicating the voltage conversion condition is not satisfied.
