Abstract: A method of and apparatus for processing ultrasound data acquired from an object is provided. With the methods and apparatuses of the exemplary embodiments, speckles in an ultrasound image are reduced by using scan line information of an ultrasound signal applied to the object prior to scan conversion of the ultrasound image.
