Abstract: A rotor is and a motor including the rotor and a stator are provided. The rotor includes a rotor core and rotor poles. The rotor poles are arranged circumferentially around the rotor core, and each of the rotor poles is formed in an asymmetric shape. The stator is spaced apart from the rotor and includes slots which are configured so that a coil may be wound around the slots.
