Abstract: A logistics monitoring system includes: a conveying device configured to transport a product along a conveyance path including a plurality of nodes, generate node-based position information based on a node visited by the conveying device from among the plurality of nodes, and generate driving information related to driving of the conveying device; a monitoring device configured to monitor a state of the conveying device and generate a state parameter based on a result of monitoring; and a diagnostic device configured to determine a position of the conveying device based on map data and at least one of the node-based position information and the driving information, the map data including node information of each of the plurality of nodes and link information of each of a plurality of links, the plurality of links respectively connecting at least two of the plurality of nodes.
