Abstract: A display apparatus includes a display panel, a light guide plate disposed behind the display panel and configured to guide light to the display panel, a light source configured to irradiate light to at least one side of the light guide plate, a diffusion plate disposed between the display panel and the light guide plate, and at least one diffusion plate support member coupled to the light guide plate and configured to support the diffusion plate. The light guide plate includes an optical pattern arranged in a light emitting surface facing the diffusion plate and at least one insertion hole for receiving the at least one diffusion plate support member. The optical pattern includes a pattern change region which surrounds at least a portion of the insertion hole.
