Abstract: An electronic device receives a screen size of at least one external display device adjacent to the electronic device from the at least one external display device, determines a target screen size on the basis of the screen size of the electronic device and the screen size of the at least one external display device, and changes a display configuration parameter of the electronic device such that the screen size of the electronic device corresponds to the target screen size, thereby generating display data for sharing a screen with the at least one external display device.
