    Abstract: A computer-implemented method for assisting a user perform a task in a computer system includes deploying a bot to monitor user interactions with the computer system and using machine learning to recognize a pattern in a user's actions in repetitively performing the task in the computer system. The method includes processing the recognized pattern to automatically establish a suggested rule that can be used by the computer system for performing a future instance of the task in lieu of the user performing the future instance of the task.
