Abstract: Disclosed herein are system, method, and computer program product embodiments for collecting user feedback. An embodiment may operate by receiving a triggering event where the triggering event contains identification data. The triggering event may be validated. A configuration file may be retrieved using at least some of the identification data received as part of the triggering event. A survey may be retrieved associated with the triggering event. The survey may be configured in accordance with the configuration file to generate a configured survey. The configured survey may be transmitted. Responses may be received to the configured survey. The process executed may improve the product or make improvements since they have a better understanding of a user's needs due to the collected results.
