Abstract: The biofilm remover of the present invention comprises a combination of the following components (A), (B) and (C): (A) a sophorolipid containing acidic sophorolipid and lactonic sophorolipid in a ratio of 78:22 to 100:0 (mass ratio); (B) a free fatty acid or a salt thereof; and (C) a gas generation component.
