Abstract: The present invention relates to a dry wipe comprising a woven or knitted microfiber fabric having hydrophilic polymer microfibers and lipophilic polymer microfibers, which is impregnated with at least one surfactant, the hydrophilic/lipophilic balance (HLB) of which is greater than or equal to 5. These wipes can be used to clean the surface of substrates and/or to confer demisting properties on hydrophilic surfaces.
