Abstract: A cartridge includes: a case; an accommodation part inside of the case; a liquid leading-out port; a cartridge side electrical connection part; and a cartridge side fixation structure. Engagement of the device side fixation structure and the cartridge side fixation structure restricts moving the case in a state of being imparted with the force directing to −Z direction. The cartridge side fixation structure and the cartridge side electrical connection part overlap with each other at least in a part when the cartridge is viewed in Z directions. A width of the cartridge in the Z direction is smaller than a width in Y direction and a width in the X directions.

Abstract: A liquid containing member that can supply a liquid having a uniform concentration of a precipitating component to a liquid ejecting portion is provided. A liquid containing member includes: a liquid containing portion that can contain ink; a liquid supply port for supplying the ink contained in the liquid containing portion to a liquid ejection head; and a communication channel that is in communication with the liquid containing portion and the liquid supply port. The communication channel has a first end that is positioned at a lower end on the gravity direction side in the liquid containing portion and can suck the ink, and a second end that is positioned closer to the anti-gravity direction side than the first end is, and can suck the ink, in an in-use state in which the ink is supplied from the liquid supply port to the liquid ejection head.

Abstract: There is provided a technique of improving the mounting position of a liquid container relative to a liquid ejection device. The liquid container configured to be mountable to and dismountable from a case of the liquid ejection device includes a bag-like member that has flexibility and that includes a containing portion provided to contain a liquid inside thereof; and connection member that is located at an end of the bag-like member. The connection member includes a liquid outlet configured such that a liquid introducing element of the liquid ejection device is inserted in the liquid outlet; a container-side electrical connecting structure configured such that a device-side electrical connecting structure of the liquid ejection device is connected with the container-side electrical connecting structure; and two guided elements configured such that at least respective parts of two guide elements of the case are fitted in the two guided elements in a state that the liquid container is placed in the case. In a mounting state that the liquid container is mounted to the liquid ejection device, the liquid outlet is located between the two guided elements, and the container-side electrical connecting structure is located between one of the two guided elements and the liquid outlet.

The width of the liquid supplier in the Z direction is smaller than a width in the Y direction and a width in the X direction. The liquid supplier further includes a tube whose one end is connected to the connection port, and into which liquid is injected from another end that is located outside the liquid ejection device.

When three directions orthogonal to each other are assumed to be a D direction, a T direction, and a W direction, in the D direction, a direction from a liquid outlet portion toward the other edge portion of the bag is assumed to be a +D direction, and the opposite direction to the +D direction is assumed to be a −D direction, and a direction in which the dimension of the outer shape of the liquid container is smallest is assumed to be the T direction, and the spacer member has, on the +D direction side, a face inclined such that the dimension in the T direction of the spacer member increases from the +D direction side toward the −D direction side.
