Abstract: A gripper module may include a base plate having a length in a first direction and a width in a second direction substantially perpendicular to the first direction; a driving part including a power source configured to generate a driving force, and a driving block linearly configured to move in the second direction by the driving force and to extend in the first direction; a gripper transfer part including a transfer block configured to be separated from an end portion of the driving block, to extend in the second direction and to linearly move in the first direction; a link block configured to be coupled to the driving block and the transfer block, and to convert a linear movement of the driving block in the second direction into a uniform accelerated linear movement of the transfer block in the first direction; and a gripper configured to be rotatably coupled to the line block, to move a gripping position and a release position according to the uniform accelerated linear movement of the transfer block, and to grip a carrier in the gripping position.
