    摘要: A pixel array, a driving method and an organic light emitting display panel are provided. The pixel array includes pixel driving circuits arranged in N rows and M columns. The pixel driving circuit in the Nth row includes: a first transistor, a second transistor, a third transistor, a third transistor, a fourth transistor, a fifth transistor, a sixth transistor, a seventh transistor, and a first capacitor. A first electrode of the second transistor is connected to a data signal voltage via the first transistor and is connected to a first power voltage via the fourth transistor. A second electrode of the second transistor is connected to a light emitting element via the fifth transistor. A gate electrode and the second electrode of the second transistor are connected via the third transistor. The gate electrode of the second transistor is also connected to the seventh transistor.

The display device includes a display panel including a display region, and a touch-control sensor disposed at least in the display region and used to detect a touch-control operation. The display device also includes a control unit electrically connected to at least the display panel. The control unit is used to change an operation mode of the display device, and according to the touch-control operation detected by the touch-control sensor, to adjust a display object of the display panel. The operation mode includes at least a blind operation mode. Further, the display device includes at least one button structure disposed in the display region. In the blind operation mode, a touch surface of the display device is in a raised state at a location of a button structure of the at least one button structure.

    摘要: A flexible light emitting diode (LED) display panel and an electronic device are provided. A bonding enhancement structure is arranged in the flexible LED display panel, so that a stress generated by a first electrode structure on a flexible substrate during bending can be reduced, a bonding force between the first electrode structure and the bonding enhancement structure can be enhanced, and thus bonding stability of an LED unit can be improved. The flexible LED display panel is applied in the electronic device, so that the LED unit does not easily peel off, and display effect and service life of the electronic device can be greatly improved.

    摘要: A Micro LED display substrate, a method for manufacturing the Micro LED display substrate, and a Micro LED display device are provided. In the method, the Micro LED is transferred onto the organic layer of the array substrate, one etching is performed to form through hole on both the protective layer and the array substrate, and then one metal deposition is performed to simultaneously form an electrode of the Micro LED and a structure electrically connecting the graphene layer with the source or drain electrode of the thin film transistor. Compared with the related art in which the electrode of the Micro LED and the structure electrically connecting the graphene layer with the source or drain electrode of the thin film transistor are formed through two etchings and two metal depositions, the method provided by the present disclosure saves the process steps, simplifies the process and reduces the costs.

    摘要: The present disclosure relates to a touch film, a touch panel, a touch display device and a preparing method thereof, in which breakage probability in a metal portion can be reduced, thereby improving the touch performance. The touch film comprises a flexible substrate made of polyimide, a metal layer, and an organic film arranged therebetween and having a water drop contact angle less than 80°. The touch film further comprises a touch electrode layer comprising multiple groups of first touch electrodes and multiple groups of second touch electrodes, wherein each group of the first touch electrodes comprises a plurality of first touch electrodes arrayed in a second direction; and each group of the second touch electrodes comprises a plurality of second touch electrodes arrayed in a first direction. The metal layer comprises metal connection lines for electrically connecting adjacent first touch electrodes.

The protective member includes a first protective layer and a protective sealant; and a sidewall surface of the first protective layer adjacent to the protective sealant includes at least one first groove member. The first protective sealant and the first groove member clutch with each other; the display panel includes a first non-folding region and a folding region; the first protective layer is disposed in the first non-folding region; and the protective sealant is disposed in the folding region.
