Abstract: A communication unit is configured to perform communication using a first frequency band or a second frequency band different from the first frequency band. A wireless environment measuring unit is configured to detect interference of radio waves used for the communication. A communication control unit is configured to control the communication. The communication control unit is configured to transmit, to a base station device which performs communication using the second frequency band, interference information about a frequency band in which the wireless environment measuring unit has detected interference or wireless environment information including a request for change of a frequency band used for the communication, the transmission being performed in a case that interference is detected in the first frequency band.
