摘要: A method executed by a UE comprises: receiving DCI for scheduling a PDSCH transmission; determining, according to an FDRA field in the DCI, a RIV; if a frequency domain resource assignment scaling condition is not satisfied, determining, according to the RIV, a first starting resource block index and a first length of continuous resource blocks; if the frequency domain resource assignment scaling condition is satisfied, determining, according to the RIV, a second starting resource block index and a second length of continuous resource blocks, determining the first starting resource block index by multiplying the second starting resource block index by a scaling factor, and determining the first length of continuous resource blocks by multiplying the second length of continuous resource blocks by the scaling factor; and determining an allocated frequency resource based on the first starting resource block index and the first length of continuous resource blocks.

The method determines a third size of the first DCI format and a fourth size of the second DCI format monitored in a USS. The method aligns the first size with the second size, and aligns the third size with the fourth size. The method determines at least one of a size of a third DCI format and a size of a fourth DCI format monitored in the USS, and adjusts at least one of the determined sizes of the third and fourth DCI formats, such that the adjusted size is not equal to any of the aligned first size, the aligned second size, the aligned third size, or the aligned fourth size.

The method comprises: obtaining a parameter related to generation of an orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) baseband signal of a physical random access channel (PRACH); and generating the OFDM baseband signal of the PRACH according to the parameter by using an OFDM baseband signal generation formula for the PRACH; the OFDM baseband signal generation formula for the PRACH includes an item indicating a location of a lowest numbered subcarrier of a lowest numbered resource block, which is occupied by a PRACH transmission occasion in a frequency domain used by the OFDM baseband signal of the PRACH, in a resource grid; the resource grid is a resource grid corresponding to a subcarrier spacing configuration μ of an uplink BWP; and the uplink BWP is an initial active uplink BWP for an initial access or an active uplink BWP for a non-initial access. In this way, the location of the PRACH transmission occasion in the frequency domain used by the OFDM baseband signal of the PRACH can be accurately positioned.

摘要: The present invention provides user equipment and a beam failure recovery method. The beam failure recovery method for user equipment (UE), includes: receiving indication of beam failure instance; accumulating the number of received indications so as to obtain an accumulative value; initiating a beam failure recovery procedure when the accumulative value is greater than a first threshold; and skipping processing the received indication of beam failure instance during the beam failure recovery period. Thus, it is possible to eliminate false beam failures.
