Abstract:
The present disclosure provides a liquid crystal display device, an array substrate, and a method for manufacturing the array substrate. The array substrate includes a glass substrate, gate scan lines formed on the glass substrate, and a pixel electrode. An edge of the pixel electrode has an overlapping region with the gate scan lines, and the pixel electrode and the gate scan lines form a parasitic capacitance in the overlapping region. The overlapping region between the pixel electrode and the gate scan lines is configured with at least one protection layer that reduces the parasitic capacitance.
Abstract:
An array substrate and a liquid crystal panel are disclosed. Each of the pixel cells in the array substrate includes a first pixel electrode, a second pixel electrode, and a third pixel electrode. The third pixel electrode connects to the second pixel electrode via a third transistor. In the 2D display mode, the third transistor is turn on such that the second pixel electrode and the third pixel electrode are electrically connected. At this moment, the three pixel electrodes are in the displaying state of corresponding 2D images. The voltage of the second pixel electrode is changed due to the voltage of the third pixel electrode. In the 3D display mode, the second pixel electrode and the third pixel electrode are not electrically connected such that the third pixel electrode is in the displaying state of the black images.
Abstract:
The present invention discloses an array substrate and liquid crystal display panel, wherein in the array substrate, each pixel unit includes a first pixel electrode, a second pixel electrode and a third pixel electrode; and each pixel unit includes a first control circuit and a second control circuit; the first control circuit affects first pixel electrode to make first pixel electrode in a state corresponding to displaying a black image in 3D display mode; the second control circuit affects second pixel electrode to change the voltage of second pixel electrode. As such, the present invention can reduce color difference at large viewing angle, improve opening ratio in 2D mode, reduce signal cross-talk in 3D mode, and reduce the number of data line drivers to reduce the cost.
