摘要: The present invention relates to an organic electroluminescent material, an organic electroluminescent device, and a method for preparing the organic electroluminescent device. Due to comprising an organic compound A with 3.0 eV>ET≥2.0 eV and a compound B of M(LA)x(LB)y(LC)z, the organic electroluminescent material of the present invention has the advantages of an increased luminescence lifetime and/or a reduced operating voltage on the basis of maintaining other electronic properties at a certain level.

摘要: Disclosed are a method for preparing a series of carbazole derivatives and use thereof in organic light-emitting diodes. The structure of the material is as shown in Formula I. An organic electroluminescent device prepared by the material can have a significantly improved power efficiency and an external quantum efficiency for the device and an extended life for an orange light or red light device; moreover, the material has characteristics, for example, methods for the synthesis and purification of the material are simple and suitable for large-scale production, and is an ideal choice as a luminescent material for organic electroluminescent devices. The use of the organic electroluminescent diode material as a carrier transport material or as a luminescent material alone or as a host material in a light-emitting layer also falls within the scope of protection.

摘要: There is provided an imidazole derivative, wherein the structural formula of the imidazole derivative is as represented by formula I: There is further provided a material containing the imidazole derivative and an organic light-emitting device containing the imidazole derivative. The imidazole derivative has an excellent carrier transport capacity, and the organic light-emitting device produced by using the material has obviously reduced starting voltage and improved luminous efficiency and luminance; and due to the features such as relatively good film-forming performance and simple material synthesis and purification methods which are applicable to mass production, the imidazole derivative is an ideal option for an electron transport material of organic light-emitting devices.
