    Abstract: To diminish complication and difficulty in attachment and detachment of analytical columns to and from a column oven. The column oven includes, in a column housing part that includes a space for housing the plurality of analytical columns, a column rack that holds the plurality of analytical columns, an inlet switching valve, and an outlet connection portion. At least either the inlet switching valve or the outlet connection portion is formed integrally with the column rack and capable of being attached to and detached from the column housing part together with the column rack.

    Abstract: A column oven comprises: a hollow housing; an analysis column arranged in the housing and allowing circulation of a mobile phase in the analysis column; a heating portion configured to heat air; a swirl flow generation portion configured to discharge, as a swirl flow, the air heated by the heating portion into the housing; and a throttle portion configured to throttle the swirl flow when the swirl flow is discharged into the housing. The throttle portion has multiple through-holes formed to penetrate the throttle portion along a direction of discharging the swirl flow and arranged in a honeycomb shape as viewed from a swirl flow discharge side.

    Abstract: For providing a column oven and chromatography capable of reliably preventing misconnection of a storage unit to a connecting part, the column oven includes: a hollow casing; a column unit including an analysis column, which is arranged in the casing and allows a mobile phase (Q) to flow through, and a storage unit, which is attached to the analysis column and stores data of the analysis column; multiple holding parts, which are arranged in the casing and hold the analysis column; a tabular fixing plate, which is arranged in the casing and fixes the respective holding parts to the casing; multiple connecting parts, which are arranged in the casing and connect the storage unit electrically and detachably; and a heating part, which heats the analysis column held by the holding parts in the casing. When viewing the analysis column from a side facing the fixing plate with the analysis column held by the holding parts, the connecting parts connected to the storage unit of the column unit including the analysis column are arranged adjacent to the analysis column.

    Abstract: A column oven comprises: an analysis column including a base end portion positioned on an upstream side in a flow direction of the mobile phase, a tip end portion positioned on a downstream side in the flow direction, and an intermediate portion between the tip end portion and the base end portion; a holding member configured to hold the analysis column; and a heating section configured to heat the analysis column held by the holding member.
