Abstract: A self-adaptive luggage transfer device and system. The self-adaptive luggage transfer device includes a base, a conveyor mechanism, a lifting mechanism and a self-adaptive extendable transfer mechanism. The lifting mechanism is arranged between the conveyor mechanism and the base and is configured to drive the conveyor mechanism to lift. The self-adaptive extendable transfer mechanism is obliquely arranged between the conveyor mechanism and the base and is in transmission connection with the lifting mechanism. Two ends of the self-adaptive extendable transfer mechanism are movably connected to an output end of the conveyor mechanism and the base, respectively. The conveyor mechanism is configured to drive an end of the self-adaptive extendable transfer mechanism connected to the conveyor mechanism to lift in a first direction, and the lifting mechanism is configured to drive at least one end of the self-adaptive extendable transfer mechanism to move in a second direction.

Abstract: A method for extracting a kansei adjective of a product based on principal component analysis and explanation (PCA-E) includes constructing a product kansei evaluation vector matrix through original kansei adjectives; performing dimensionality reduction through PCA; and determining, based on principal component load factors, kansei adjectives representing principal components. In this way, the kansei adjectives extracted are explanatory to help users understand the selected kansei adjectives and make accurate evaluation.

Abstract: Disclosed is an adjustable ultrasonic micro-jet nozzle array with minimal quantity lubrication, relating to cooling of machining. The array-type nozzle includes an inlet conduit, a recycle conduit and a cooling body having a microjet ejection assembly and a recycling assembly. The cooling body includes a microjet ejection chamber which is closed. The inlet conduit is provided at a top of the cooling body and communicates with the microjet ejection chamber. The recycle conduit is located in the microjet ejection chamber, and connects the recycling assembly and an external vacuum machine. The adjustable ultrasonic micro jet nozzle array of the present invention has the advantages of simple structure and being convenient to use. A flow rate of trace cooling fluid is increased to improve the cooling and lubricating effect. A cooling fluid mist is recycled by the vacuum suction to reduce the consumption of the lubricating fluid while ensuring the cooling effect.

Abstract: Disclosed is a connector for high data transfer rate, including a female element, a male element. The female element includes a housing, a plurality of sheets and a first shielding plate. The male element includes a base, a differential signal contact and a second shielding plate. At least two sheets are provided on the housing, and the first shielding plate is provided between adjacent sheets. The second shielding plate corresponding to the sheets is provided on the base. A signal pin is provided at a bottom of the sheets. The differential signal contact is provided in the base. The housing is matched with the base, and the signal pin is configured to contact the differential signal contact. The connector of the present invention improves space utilization rate in the longitudinal direction, assembly efficiency and fault tolerance rate thereof.

Abstract: This application relates to lubrication, and more particularly to an external cooling MQL manipulator and a machine tool and a lubrication method using the machine tool. The external cooling MQL manipulator includes a suspension structure, a robot arm, a controller and an oil mist generator. The suspension structure fixedly connects the robot arm and a frame, and a nozzle is provided on a free end of the robot arm; an oil mist generator is connected to the nozzle for ejecting oil mists to a processing area. When the machine tool works, the controller selects the corresponding lubrication parameters according to the processing parameters such as the cutter type and the workpiece material. The first motor and the second motor are controlled to rotate by the controller according to real-time changes of the processing positions detected by the detecting component, thereby adjusting the position of the nozzle.

Abstract: A method for constructing a design concept generation network (DCGN) and a method for automatically generating a conceptual scheme are provided. A DCGN includes a Transformer encoder, a Transformer decoder, an importance constraint matrix generation module, an importance constraint embedding layer, a cross-attention (CA) layer, and an optimization module. A word importance constraint is ingeniously introduced based on an attention mechanism of a Transformer to record input word constraint information contained in a generated text sequence. This can effectively ensure the reliability and effectiveness of a generated conceptual scheme and is conducive to capturing potential semantic importance information and implementing semantic knowledge reasoning.
