Abstract: A microwave energy converter, including at least one semiconductor and ohmic contact electrodes. The semiconductor acts as both a microwave receiving unit and a microwave rectifying unit of the microwave energy converter. The ohmic contact electrodes are disposed at two ends of the semiconductor along a microwave transmission direction to output direct current generated by the semiconductor.
