Abstract: A mold processing system includes a conveyance line intermittently conveying a mold with a predetermined standstill time, a processing apparatus, a conveyance apparatus conveying the processing apparatus along the conveyance line, and a control unit, wherein the control unit controls the conveyance apparatus to set the processing apparatus at a position corresponding to a first position on the conveyance line and controls the processing apparatus to perform a part of the process on the mold conveyed to the first position, and the control unit controls, after completion of the part of the process, the conveyance apparatus to move the processing apparatus to a position corresponding to a second position and controls the processing apparatus to perform the rest of the process within the standstill time.

Abstract: A laser marking apparatus includes a head marking the identifier on a mold, a light-shielding case, a light-shielding gate provided at either a carrying-in port or a carrying-out port of the light-shielding case, and a control unit controlling operation of the head and operation of the light-shielding gate, and the control unit closes the light-shielding gate and causes the head to start a marking operation on the mold in response to carrying-in of the mold into the operation space and opens the light-shielding gate in response to the marking operation ending.

Abstract: A green sand treatment equipment monitoring system that detects that the condition of green sand treatment equipment is deteriorating before the green sand treatment equipment fails, or detects that the quality of green sand treated by the green sand treatment equipment and kneaded sand produced from the green sand is deteriorating before it becomes clear that the green sand and the kneaded sand are defective products. The system including: an information collecting device that collects, in real time, data measured by equipment within green sand treatment equipment; and a diagnostic device that compares, in real time, the collected data with a control value, and displays a diagnosis result if the diagnostic device determines that the collected data has deviated from the control value.
