Abstract: According to an embodiment of the present technology, there is provided a bulb-type light source apparatus including a light source unit, a translucent cover, and a base unit. The translucent cover includes a first area including a convex lens function and a second area including a concave lens function. The base unit supports the light source unit and the translucent cover such that the second area is positioned closer to the light source unit than the first area.
