Abstract: There is provided an information processing apparatus, an information processing method, and a program capable of further reducing the unpleasant feeling caused by the disturbance of the display of the virtual object, the information processing apparatus including: a prediction accuracy estimation unit that estimates a degree of prediction accuracy related to prediction of a position or a posture of a real object; and an output control unit that outputs information for causing a display unit to display a virtual object corresponding to the real object on a basis of an estimation result of the prediction accuracy estimation unit.
