    Abstract: A configuration that verifies correspondence between a cooking foodstuff and a cooking utensil and determines whether or not there is a hygiene problem in the cooking utensil to execute a warning output, replacement control of the cooking utensil, or the like, is realized. A suitability determination unit that verifies the correspondence between the foodstuff to be cooked and the cooking utensil to be used for cooking and determines whether or not the cooking utensil has a hygienic problem is included. In a case where the suitability determination unit determines that the cooking utensil has a hygiene problem, the suitability determination unit executes a warning output or control of causing stop of using the cooking utensil. The suitability determination unit outputs a warning by display information or voice information to a user who is a cooking performer. Alternatively, control information for causing replacement or cleaning of the cooking utensil to be performed is output to a cooking robot which is a cooking performer.

    Abstract: There is achieved a configuration in which suspension of cooking being performed by a cooking robot is controlled to enable cooking to be completed at the expected time for a user to return home. Included are an expected return home time estimation unit that estimates an expected time to return home at which the user is expected to return home; an expected cooking completion time estimation unit that estimates an expected time to complete cooking at which a cooking robot is expected to complete cooking; and a cooking execution control unit that controls the cooking robot. In a case where a difference (X−Y) between the expected time to return home (X) estimated by the expected return home time estimation unit and the expected time to complete cooking (Y) estimated by the expected cooking completion time estimation unit is not less than a predetermined threshold value (Th), the cooking execution control unit performs control to cause the cooking robot to suspend cooking so that cooking can be completed at the expected time to return home (X).
