Abstract: A configuration is achieved that can perform processing of selecting and presenting content corresponding to preference of a plurality of users as recommended content. The configuration has a recommended content selection unit that acquires user-based persona management data from a persona management database and selects recommended content from the acquired data. The recommended content selection unit acquires a plurality of pieces of the persona management data corresponding to a plurality of users, respectively, from the database, and selects data common among the plurality of pieces of persona management data that has been, as recommended content. The persona management data is data in which publication permission information corresponding to a relationship level corresponding to a relationship level between users is registered, and the recommended content selection unit selects recommended content from a range of the publication permission information determined on the basis of the relationship level.
