    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a wireless communication electronic device and method, and a computer-readable storage medium. Said electronic device comprises: a processing circuit, configured to: determine whether there is a need to currently execute measurement of a first channel busy ratio (CBR) on a first resource pool of a sidelink in the long term evolution (LTE) and measurement of a second CBR on a second resource pool of a sidelink in the new radio (NR) radio access technology; and having determined that the first CBR measurement and the second CBR measurement need to be executed currently, executing the first CBR measurement and/or the second CBR measurement at least on the basis of CBR coexistence measurement configuration.     Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a device in a wireless communication system, and a wireless communication method. An electronic device in the wireless communication system according to the present disclosure comprises one or more processing circuits. The processing circuits are configured to execute the following operations: monitoring resources corresponding to a first semi-persistent scheduling (SPS) configuration used by the electronic device and resources corresponding to other SPS configurations besides the first SPS configuration; and determining an SPS configuration reselection result of the electronic device according to the monitoring result. By using the device in the wireless communication system and the wireless communication method according to the present disclosure, SPS resources can be reasonably configured so as to reduce the possibility of interference, and a reselection of a SPS configuration can be performed quickly and efficiently when potential interference is found.

    Abstract: An apparatus and method in a wireless communication system, and a computer-readable storage medium. The method comprises: determining, based on at least one or more of resource set configuration information, physical channel information, and service type information, configuration information of one or more parameter sets for a sidelink communication; and controlling a base station to send the determined configuration information of the one or more parameter sets to a user equipment so that the user equipment performs sidelink communication on the basis of the one or more parameter sets, the parameter set comprising at least a subcarrier interval and a cyclic prefix type. The method can flexibly configure the parameter set used for the sidelink communication in NR so as to improve the communication performance of the sidelink communication and meet higher requirements on a series of indicators in an NR scene such as the delay and the system stability.

The electronic device of a user equipment terminal comprises a processing circuit, said processing circuit being configured to: measure the downlink channel quality of a serving base station and adjacent base station of a user equipment; on the basis of the measured downlink channel quality, determine a first base station set from the serving base station and adjacent base station, the first base station set representing a base station set that is to broadcast or multicast data and information. According to the embodiments of the present disclosure, even if location information is unusable, it is still possible to quickly determine a multicast/broadcast base station, while signaling overhead is also reduced.
