    Abstract: The present technology relates to a reception device and method and a transmission device and method that enable provision of a low power consumption wireless communication system that can be used regardless of location. A terminal on a transmission side transmits a control frame containing transmission-related information regarding a transmission time and a transmission frequency that are determined on the basis of an internal time and a terminal ID on a transmission side. Then, after transmitting the control frame, the terminal on the transmission side transmits a data frame containing predetermined data in accordance with the transmission time and the transmission frequency. The present technology can be applied to wireless communication systems.

A transmission period determination unit determines a transmission period on the basis of the terminal position and the satellite position. A wireless resource determination unit determines a transmission timing and a transmission frequency as wireless resources on the basis of the current time, a terminal identifier of the terminal, and the determined transmission period. A transmission control unit controls wireless transmission in accordance with the determined transmission timing and transmission frequency.

    Abstract: The present technology relates to a communication device and method enabling correct specification of a same frame.
    The communication device determines a first wireless resource including a frequency for transmission of a same frame that is a frame of same data, a code of the same frame, and a time for transmission of the same frame on the basis of pattern information indicating a unique relationship between a frame number of the same frame and at least one of the frequency or the code. Further, the communication device repeatedly transmits the same frame by using the first wireless resource. The present technology can be applied to a wireless communication system.

    Abstract: There is provided a communication device that determines a wireless resource for a downlink without performing signaling between a base station and a terminal. A communication device includes a communication unit that transmits and receives a wireless signal, and a wireless resource determination unit that determines a wireless resource used for transmission and reception. The wireless resource determination unit determines, in a communication system including a base station and a terminal, on the basis of a common rule between the base station and the terminal, a plurality of candidates for the wireless resource to be used for downlink communication in the slot for each terminal, and then selects the plurality of candidates for each terminal one by one in such a manner that wireless resources do not overlap between the terminals.
