Abstract: The invention discloses a myrtle polysaccharide P1, the separation method thereof and the use in preparing hypolipidemic drugs therefor, wherein the P1 contains 6.74% of ribose, 1.73% of rhamnose, 60.06% of arabinose, 3.54% of xylose, 5.64% of mannose, 13.16% of glucose, and 9.13% of galactose. The experiment result shows that the myrtle polysaccharide P1 has a certain ability to bind cholate in vitro. Taking cholestyramine as a positive control and the binding rate of cholestyramine to each cholate as 100%, the relative binding rate of the myrtle polysaccharide P1 to sodium taurocholate, sodium glycocholate and sodium cholate was 25.28%, 44.56%, and 50.10%, respectively.

Abstract: The disclosure discloses cerium sulfate chelated sulfur dioxide, a preparation method and a use thereof. The cerium sulfate chelated sulfur dioxide has a molecular formula of Ce[SO4][SO2].2H2O. It is a white crystal and the preparation method thereof may comprise the following steps: adding anhydrous cerium sulfate to dilute sulfuric acid with stirring for dissolvation; adding a solvent followed by refluxing at 45-50° C. for 2.0-2.5 h; heating the reaction product to remove the solvent, cooling to 20° C. or lower, and adding dilute sulfuric acid to allow precipitation of all crystals; cooling down the product followed by suction filtration, washing the obtained crystals by the solvent, so that crude cerium sulfate chelated sulfur dioxide can be obtained. The solubility of the cerium sulfate chelated sulfur dioxide of the disclosure has been significantly improved compared to the anhydrous cerium sulfate. The obtained solution is colorless and transparent, so that the cerium sulfate chelated sulfur dioxide can be used as a better titrant with wide application and supreme performance.

Abstract: A Cordyceps militaris medium polysaccharide, a method for separating and purifying same, and the use thereof, wherein the polysaccharide comprises the following monosaccharides in mole percentages: 0.11% ribose, 0.11% rhamnose, 0.45% arabinose, 0.13% xylose, 14.50% mannose, 83.96% glucose, and 0.73% galactose. The extraction method does not affect the biological activity of the Cordyceps militaris medium polysaccharide P1; the obtained purified polysaccharide P1 has high purity and stable properties, and has significant effects on resistance to oxidation, lowering uric acid and bacteriostasis, which are beneficial to human metabolism; due to the low cost, the purified polysaccharide P1 can be further used in the development of health products, drugs and cosmetics.
