Abstract: The present disclosure relates to compositions and systems for improving tissue perfusion such that blood flow is increased, improving tissue healing time and reducing or eliminating tissue necrosis. In a preferred embodiment, the compositions comprise a phosphodiesterase inhibitor, a calcium channel blocker, a nitric oxide producer, and an α-adrenergic antagonist. Methods of making the compositions and using the compositions are also disclosed.
