    Abstract: The present invention discloses an artificial intelligence (AI)-based urban design multi-plan generation method for a regulatory plot. The method includes operation steps performed by the following modules: (1) plot space calculation sand table module; (2) regulatory characteristic parameter input module; (3) characteristic case intelligent learning module; (4) plot road intelligent generation module; (5) plot landscape intelligent generation module; (6) plot architecture intelligent generation module; and (7) outputted plan auxiliary drawing module. By means of the AI-based urban design multi-plan generation method for a regulatory plot of the present invention, the planners realize real-time, accurate, and efficient feedback adjustment to a plurality of urban design plans under regulatory conditions, resolving a plurality of problems such as a long working period of a conventional design plan.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses an artificial intelligence (AI)-based method for generating a building block in a commercial district, and relates to the field of AI urban design. According to the present invention, geographic information data of a target district and surrounding districts is acquired to construct a three-dimensional space sand table, then design conditions in various planning files and local legal regulations are translated and extracted to generate a three-dimensional building block of the district, and then a training sample library of three-dimensional contour lines of the district is constructed, a machine learning model is loaded to generate three-dimensional building heights of the district and optimize building forms, to generate a plurality of schemes for the building block of the district, and finally simulated display of the schemes and display of scheme indexes are performed by using a holographic display device, and the schemes are outputted. For the problem that a previous generation of AI technology generates a large quantity of invalid schemes, the present invention realizes the AI-based generation of a plurality of valid schemes, resolving the problem that the previous generation of AI requires a long time and large manpower to screen out a valid scheme, and improving the design efficiency for planners.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses a dynamic interactive simulation method for recognition and planning of an urban viewing corridor. The method includes: constructing a sand table of morphology data of an urban space around an urban viewing point; creating a visual sphere, calculating a blocking point set, acquiring a three-dimensional view field of the viewing point, and obtaining an effective projection plane of a sight line of the viewing point; extracting a visual three-dimensional road model, calculating projection curvatures of road centerlines at points equidistant from each other, and screening and recognizing a viewing corridor; collecting a real scene, and inputting the collected real scene to a three-dimensional interactive display platform; inputting a new planning scheme to the three-dimensional interactive display platform, and simulating an urban viewing corridor with the planning scheme superimposed; and outputting, by using augmented reality glasses, a dynamic interactive VR scene of the urban viewing corridor space after the urban planning scheme is superimposed. The present invention combines a real dynamic viewing process, and uses a three-dimensional interactive display platform for planning simulation and interactive output, thereby providing a basic rational support for further optimization and decision-making of urban planning and design.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses an artificial intelligence (AI)-based automatic generation method for an urban road network. According to the method, an anchor point distribution model is constructed by means of machine learning. Anchor points are distributed within a planning range where a boundary is a secondary trunk road. A road center line layout scheme set is generated by means of rectangular expansion. A feasible scheme set is screened out based on a rule base translated from specifications related to urban planning road, a road network scheme set is further automatically generated, and finally, a scheme is outputted to a two-dimensional interaction display device for simulated display. The present invention realizes a road network design by using a combination of machine learning and rules of the urban planning field. The present invention provides a simple and efficient automatic generation method for an urban road network. By means of the present invention, a plurality of schemes can be generated within a short time, which provide an efficient and visualized reference for the design and the practice of AI urban planning.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses an artificial-intelligence (AI)-assisted method for providing an urban design form and layout with an improved wind environment. The method includes data acquisition, construction of a wind field interactive sand table, wind field simulation and evaluation of an urban design plan, AI-assisted adjustment of an urban design form and layout, determination of conformity to urban design standard specifications, wind field simulation and evaluation of an adjusted plan, and holographic display of the plan with an improved wind environment. The present invention can achieve the improvement of the wind environment in the field of urban planning design, and adjust the urban form and layout by performing random dotting on a building based on the random algorithm. Therefore, the wind environment in the urban design is improved more efficiently by means of accurate quantification, and the quality of the urban design plan is more desirable.
